CASA ROMANCE ESCONDIDO could be your dream vacation destination home away from
home! As you will see, the name truly does fit this 3 story, 4 bdrm 3 1/2 bath property. Hidden in
the hills of Old Town or El Centro, just 2 short blocks from the world famous “MALECON”
(promenade or boardwalk) right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s entertainment district. It is
very near the neighborhood of “Gringo Gulch” which was named after Richard Burton and Liz
Taylor bought a house there while shooting the film “Night of the Iguana”.
CASA ROMANCE ESCONDIDO is surrounded by approximately 15 Art Galleries. Every
Wednesday during the high season the galleries organize a late night Art walk open house with
wine, music, art and lots of fun.
The cobblestone streets are reminiscent of a small medieval European village. This very friendly
neighborhood has an incredible choice of dining experiences from the famous 4 Star CAFÉ DES
ARTISTES and one of the top Mexican restaurants SI SENOR. CASA MELISSA is a cozy family
restaurant with great food, margaritas and is very reasonably priced. Up the street is PIPI’S (the
hot spot for American tourists) and EL PANORAMA (up in the picturesque hills with million
dollar views), La LORRAINE (French, exquisite), down the street features La BODEGUITTA Del
MEDIO (Cuban food and Cuban band dancing every night).
The HARD ROCK Cafe and the Italian DOLCE VITA offer more delectable dining, and one
street away is MESTIZO very charming and romantic. This is just a few restaurants that Puerto
Vallarta has to offer!
This traditional Spanish house has all the comforts of home and is fantastic for entertaining as
it can accommodate between 4 to 10 people. The exquisitely decorated and spacious MASTER
BEDROOM on the 2nd Floor has a full bathroom and is everything that you could wish for.
Amenities include, in the four bedroom, air-conditioning, safe box for the security of your
personal belongings, a large 46 inch flat screen TV, with 80 channels plus HBO, CMAX 40 music
channels, DVD, CD, Mp3 player, hair dryer, alarm clock, iron, and ironing board.
Also located on the 2nd floor is The ANGELS ROOM which is very spacious and has a choice of
either 4 single beds, 2 king size beds, or 2 singles and one king with a full bathroom. Great for
the kids or single adults!
The GREEN ROOM and the NATIVE ROOM are located on the 3rd floor Terrace overlooking the
bay of Puerto Vallarta (Banderas Bay) both have king size beds and share a Jack & Jill full
bathroom.
Both rooms have a breathtaking view of The Malecon. On a clear day you can see all the way to
Nuevo Vallarta or Punta de Mita (the other side of this fabulous Banderas Bay).
The FAMILY ROOM which is adjacent to the bedrooms is very large and cozy and is equipped
with two couches a chair and three coffee tables, a TV, VCR, DVD, CD and MP3 player. It has a
Library with books in English, French and Spanish. It has some movies, CD music and Family
Games. The desk is complete with a Mac mini computer (wi fi internet access) 23’’ monitor and
a black and white printer.
The 400 sqft TERRACE overlooks the bay of Puerto Vallarta (Banderas Bay) the impressive town
and picturesque mountains. It has a magnificent view it is a great place to enjoy a margarita at
sunset. At 9 PM every night of the year, a very large pirate ship circles the bay and shows a
spectacular fireworks display. A must see attraction from the TERRACE to enjoy your favorite
beverage, snacks or just to relax and unwind.
The ground level has a very large LIVING ROOM with an entertainment center and dining for 8
+. The inviting couches and 52 “ flat screen TV make this room truly a relaxing experience.
This multi use room opens to the GARDEN PATIO which is very lush, green and tropical. A large
garden table and chairs await you in the center facing a dramatic dipping pool. A perfect place for
soaking your body when sipping a cool drink. Extravagant, hidden and very romantic.
The KITCHEN is very traditional and spacious. Impressively equipped with a refrigerator, 4
burner stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, julienne, chaffing dishes, water
dispenser, glasses, dishes and silverware for 12 +, basic spices and much more.
Next to the kitchen is a LAUNDRY ROOM with a washer, dryer and detergent for all your basic
laundry needs.
A 1/2 BATHROOM is located near the living room for guest use.
For your enjoyment, we have 2 cruiser type bicycles with locks available for our guests to use.
You could take a pleasurable ride into town or take a stroll around the dazzling shoreline.
The GARAGE has a remote control (available from the management company) and is large
enough to accommodate 2 small vehicles. A rare privilege indeed as parking is hard to come by
on this busy little street!
Maid service is available and is included with your stay. The management company is very
knowledgeable about the house and their impeccable services are ready to assist you with any
and all questions you may have.
